M3 Systems Belgium is the Winner of the first prize in the European Satellite Navigation Competition 2014. The GNSS-R project, has been selected too, for a H2020  European Commission call for project.                 The GNSS-R project is to measure soil moisture using the Galileo signals. A signal receiver will be shipped on a mobile platform
